1. The service

Nabor is an online marketplace that connects homeowners with independent home service professionals (“Pros”). Nabor does not perform home services and is not a party to agreements between homeowners and Pros.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Homeowners

By submitting a request, you agree that matched Pros may contact you about your project. You are responsible for verifying a Pro's licensing, insurance and suitability before hiring.

4. Pros

Pros must provide truthful information about their business, licensing and insurance, comply with all applicable laws, and respond professionally to homeowners.

5. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. We may remove content that is false, abusive or violates these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nabor is not liable for work performed by Pros or for disputes between users.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of Nabor means you accept the updated terms.
